Well ive been tossing around the idea of going all black on my car...wheels.headlight and taillights, side markers..i mean everything....what do yall think

I personally like your car better but hey, thats me and oddly enough I love black.

you should do everything black.......but keep the rims chrome and the badges

I like the look of your car as is - 100 times over the all black.

Not to offend anyone, but the all black one (to me) looks like something put together out of a salvage yard .

black rims look dirty to me

I don't like all black rims, but I like black rims with the aluminum polished lip. But, I do like the idea, I've tossed that idea around for myself as well. I personally think that I will stick with just the rear blackouts and maybe try and blackout the sidemarkers and keep the clearcorners. But go with whatever YOU want, not what everyone else thinks.

I agree, keep the chrome.

I think it looked 100 times better with the chrome rims. It looks kinda cheep or ricerish with the black rims.

That is what I basicly went with. I did leave my driving lights and tails factory, but everything else is black or blacked out.

Those the C5 Z06 style wheels? What size and how much you want for them? I've been looking at those but don't have the money for new ones wrapped.

i've considered doing the same thing to my car which is pretty much the same as yours (black ls1 f-body without the performance appearance package). after seeing a few black-wheeled f-bodies tho i'd definately get some chrome rims like yours before i ever got black. it just looks too tacky to me. i do wanna get tints tho :smokin:

The all black looks good if your going for a knight rider look. Its basically what do you like the most? After looking at more pics on the net I do think the chrome wheels look sweet and black out the rest.

black rims arent bad... just get some nice black w. polished lips. maybe some polished lugs too..

I like polished wheels better. Or at least a good amount of a polished lip.

Looks slick and sinister if you ask me. But I would like to see more of a polished lip though.

if i had the $$ i'd buy wider wheels instead of prettier wheels, but that's just me. :2cents:

Well if i head home for the weekend...my buddy has been wanting my wheels for while and he has black ZR1's so i might do a test fit see if i like it.
