awile back me and a few of my friends thought that is would be a good idea to take my 93 ranger out and see what its made of :banghead: it went really good untill on the way home ........... frist it started no so much shaking but the ride got a little bit rough and then suddenly i heard a loud noise and when i pulled off to the side of the road everyting look ok so i got beack in and started it un but with i put it in gear it wouldnt move and it makes thiis Grinding noise , and it can gointo first to second a little Rough but third to fourth its really hard and sometimes i cant even do it i know theres not much detail in this but from what it sounds what do you think could be wrong with it ????????

I suppose you have a straight stick. If you are not experiencing problem with the engine itself, then I think your transmission is shot. Sounds like you clutch plate is in pieces.
