I have a 1990 eagle talon. 1G talon and the gauge clusters are not working. Can anyone explain to me how to fix this problem or where I can find the wiring diagram? I have to get this fix right away so I can see the gas gauge.

Well, a haynes manual would have some wiring diagrams and a mitsu manual would have more probably, but thats one thing I dont know jack about. Should you decide you need a new cluster let me know, I have a spare in really good shape. $30 and $10 for shipping and its yours.

Have you had the cluster removed at one time? You can try pulling it out and putting it back in, maybe something has lost connection back there. Is there a fuse for the cluster?

ok, your question isn't exactly specific, more general...

You never stated what on the clusters wasn't working: the back light, the tach, the speedometer, oil pressure, fuel, water temp?!?

Also, what motor is it? the turbo or non-turbo and is the transmission an automatic or manual... I don't know that they will make a difference, but there are differences between all of them, so please be as specific as possible and maybe we can help...

hard to diagnose a problem without knowing what we're trying to figure out...

Edit:

There is a fuse for the illumination, I'm not sure a/b the operation of the gauges (I don't have a fuse cover)...

Did someone call for a wiring diagram? Have fun with this one buddy.

EDIT: You're gonna have to save it and blow it up, I didn't want to put any bigger of a picture up because that sucker is HUUUUGE.

It's expensive as FUUUCK. My school had it when I was in Auto Tech so I loaded the shit on my laptop. Shitty part is it's only good until the next subscription key comes out, which I have no idea when that is, but I'm crossing my fingers it's not for a long time.
