im working on teh body of my 1991 nissan 300zx. well the body kit, which is non factory. it has a rear valance, which isnt the whole bumper, yet it connects to the stock bumper, it has fallen fall, should i drill holes in it and pop rivet it up? then how do i get it smooth? and the crack it leaves with the actual bumper should i just feather it in with bondo? any input on how feather in or attach the body kit would be of great help.. and if i would to rivet it what kind of rivets?

i think that gap you are trying to fill may actually be the stock body lines that follow through out the car. like broke said...pictures could help.

hello, i took the rear valance off, i like the stock look better anyhow. but now i have a body kit on sides and front, it would look good but the bumber underneath the valance is black. so having it resprayed. but can any any one tell me where the fuse block is on a 91 300zx na? or is there only the one under the hood? here is the piture of the car before the valance was hanging on for dear life. but heres a picturehttp://i16.tinypic.com/2d14u9w.jpghttp://i1.tinypic.com/2rcwd5d.jpg

Fuse block is inside the car....

Its over the "dummy" peddle on the left side of the car. If you kneel on the ground right next to the drivers door hinge, you can reach back with your right hand and touch the top of it above the dummy peddle. Its behind a little door/cover, to remove this cover pull up (towards the dash) and out. It should pop out. Then you get to the fun part and play contorsionist. And bend under the steering colum and lay on the floorboards. Once your down there make sure you have a light so you can see the fuse panel.

Now on to the body question. I personally would rip the body kit and put back to stock... maybe even 98+ JDM. But seeing as you like it. Get some fender rivits, and use bondo to fill in over them and the crack.

Last thing your rims are on backwards........ If you look at my top picture, my rear rims in that picture are on the wrong side they should be on the opposite sides. My front rims are correct.
