I'm at a loss. After stopping my 91 Trooper V6 5spd (especially after highway cruising) I get a fairly strong burning rubber smell from under the vehicle. It's not the serpentine belt which is cool to the touch, The rear diff is cool also.
Anyone else experienced this??

check the full length of the exhaust. pay special attention to any wiring touching it, or anytning else. get under there real quick when you stop it and see if you can see any whiffs of smoke
