yo people i was jsut wonderin.......is there any way i can make a car look cartoony using adobe......i know i should use like the filters but i dunno which ones to use and all.......so could you please help me out???????

Try "Cutout" or "Poster Edges", both found in the Artistic category. And if you're using an older Photoshop (like version 5) look in the help file for "Filters" and it actually previews each one and explains what it does.
