ok,. i opened the top of the manifold as i had the same problem on my
92 jimmy at one time, but didn't see any leaks.
is it possable for the pressure regulator to be bad without leaking?
or should i be looking at the fuel pump or EGR insted?
it runs, but runs really shitty,.. like it has a mis.
and a really piss poor idle.
i got code 32 and code 45 from it.

Well 32 is the EGR. I'd start there.

oh yeah,..i bought the van like this, it has just over 100,000 miles.

EGR was stuck open.
i replaced it and it runs great now.
