OK Just purchased this CRX, and not very familiar with them at all. I am having a blinker problem, they are not working, but my hazards are and so are my reverse lights. Where should I start and is there a common problem?? Thanks

common, no more common then any other car. start by checking the fuse, then find the flasher bulb. i don't know exactly where it is, under the dash somewhere, but it will look like a clear plastic bulb with some sort of copper winding inside. this is what creates the flash. the flash for the 4-way has it's own flash bulb and the reverse lights will have their own fuse as well so they should function properly. i had the same problem with my trans am, the problem turned out to be a short somewhere between the fuse and the flash bulb, in your case it could be that, could also be a blown flash bulb or a break in the line after the bulb.

assuming that's all fine check the indicator lever, could be somewhere in the steering column. it the 1st crx gen is anything like my 2nd gen civic it pretty cheesy construction.

The back up lights are all on one fuse, that fuse is good, never heard of any flasher bilb before but the relay for the turnsignals is good. Not sure what else it cvould be.

You probably have dirty or broken contacts in your turn signal switch.
