I am having a problem with my heated seats. The passenger side works the drivers side does not. I have checked the fuses, ok. I have pulled the relay from the passenger side and tried it in the driver’s side and nothing. Tried the drivers side in the passenger side and works fine. I can hear the relay click so there is power getting to that point. Would both the seat and seat back heating elements go out at the same time? Is there anything else I can check or try? Thanks

The only thing I see that you didn't check was the switch itself. Drivers seat on my '98 went out last week. I pulled the seat and started checking. The switch was good but I had no continuity through the seat element or the temp sensor. The seat back element checked good. With the temp sensor being open, as mine is, it will shut down both elements. So to make mine work again the seat element and temp sensor will have to be replaced. I'm researching that today for cost. Otherwise I'll put the fleece cover back on just to keep my wifes tush warm.
