Hello, I was looking for an opinion on the best place to sell a 95 escort engine with truely only 900 miles on the engine. It has the transmission which is a 5 speed still mounted, the starter, alternator, a/c compressor, condensor, surp belt, and all pumps aswell as intake and even the catilitic coverter on the engine still. Its basically a brand new engine. I do have pics of the engine, The car was rear ended when it had 900 miles on it, the car was donated to a school who had program for engine learning, they took the engine out and shortly after the school closed the program due to lack of funds. in 97 the engine was sold along with a 372, the engine had to be taken with the 372 and that is how they got the engine, the 372 was used in a car as a replacement engine, the escort engine was left in a garage ever since and the guy who bought the engine sold the house and garage to his relative who I just bought the engine from because he wanted the space. It was covered up and on a palet, all holes where blocked off aswell so no critters could get in. I have allready considered ebay an option but I would like to sell it to maybe someone on here or on a site first. Things on ebay sometimes just dont go for what they should, Like this engine could only be worth 100 bucks on there but worth more to someone else. I am selling this this CHEAP!
