rainy nights are bad for my van

ok everybody new problem ...1995 astro ...im fixing all one problem at a time...ok if it rains through out the night if i go to start the van in tyhe morning it dont want to start it takes a while like its an old carberated motor...sometimes the battery goes dead before it will start...i replaced the cap and rotor but did nothing....any ideas?

Cap, rotor, plug wires, ignition coil, electrical connectors...

They are all suspect when spark is lost under damp conditions. You ARE sure you're lacking spark, and not lacking injector pulses, correct?
