I have a '99 lumina and would like to know how to remove the radio. it looks like I have to remove the whole front of the dash.

Welcome to AF. Face plate trim surround panel pops off, may be some screws also, look and see.

I can't find any screws to remove and it didn't seem like it wanted to pop out to easily. I removed the small panel under the steering colum but it didn't seem to help.

The clips are tight, you really have to give it a yank.

Don't be too surprised if you need to replace a few of the clips, since about 25% of them tend to stick in the dash instead of sticking to the trim panel. Have your needle-nosed pliers or hemostats ready to retrieve them from the slots in the dash base.

I tryed it today and it went fairly well after the first few clips had been removed. Thanks for the help
