fuel pump on my 88 jeep pickup doesnt seem to work as often as it should, it wont crank most of the time. I have replaced the cps, but still might be faulty. I would like to know where the fuel pump relay is (precisly please) and how to jump it or test it.

test for fuel pressure at the fuel rail, if the fuel filter is clogged, or pump is going bad it wont put out the correct fuel pressure. It should be 31 with vaccum hose to fuel pressure regulator on, and 39 with it disconnected.
