I have all the bolts off my water pump except the rear one, its hitting the power steering pully. Do i need to pull the pully off first? If so how do i pull it off? thx!

You do not need to remove the power steering pump pulley. To remove the water pump on a SII 3800 (Vin "K") all that is required to loosen and set aside the power steering pump. You do not disconnect the pressure or return lines on the pump.

To remove the 2 power steering pump mounting bolts. Size = 15mm. The bolts holding the PS pump are in the 12 o’clock and 6 o’clock positions. You'll need to move the PS pulley and line up the large access hole in the PS pump pulley with the bolts. Once lined up, using a deep well socket remove them.

Once pump is set aside you will be able to access the one bolt you are having problems with.

Thanks for the info, the 2 pump bolts were 13mm though.

I don't recall having to do that. There are four 8mm bolts that hold the pulley onto the water pump so pressing is not required. On the power steering pump yes. FYI.
