does any one have tips on the tamiya lotus super seven, europa, monte carlo rally mini, or the porche 959? mainly because i am getting two of these kits for christmas.

Use glue. Chewing gum just doesn't hold the kit together like they say it will.

Really? I thought maybe I just wasn't using enough. :dunno: What about duct tape then?

They're all good kits. The Mini is perhaps the more challenging of the lot because it's so damn tiny!, and the 959 takes a bit of a struggle to get the body onto the chassis. Otherwise they're all great additions to the stash...

I've been having great success with corn syrup and paste.

On a lighter note they are all great kits. Really can't go wrong with most Tamiya's in my experience.

The Mini is perhaps the more challenging of the lot because it's so damn tiny!

I built one of the tamiya mini's a while back, maybe 4 years ago, and I don't remember there being any problems at all. I don't remember there being any issues because of it's size.

Now, a 1/43 scale mini may pose problems......
