Odd Clutch Master Cylinder Problem, Please Help!

My clutch just recently started doing this. When i drive the car for a while (a few days) the clutch hydrolic system seems to build pressure, enough to where it changes the point of engagement of my clutch to where if i barley press in the clutch (1inch) it disenguages the clutch. In order to fix it i have to bleed the clutch once a week otherwise the enguagement point gets so high the clutch starts to slip. I did a search, but everyone else seems to have problems with there master cylinders not providing enough pressure, but mine seems to be doing the opposite and creating too much.

Also, i heard that the 95&96 master cylinders are slightley larger than 97-99. Has anyone ever heard this, if so what details can you tell me about it.
