I know fujimi aren't the best kits but they seem to be the only ones who make the Toyota Altezza/IS300, I made my first order from HJL and wondered whether anyone has made this car from Fujimi kits, they have a bunch. Any pics? Tips?

I used some Fujimi aftermarket rims since the kit wheels looked too small.

Paint is Tamiya Mica Red. Very decent kit.

I can't remember the name of the rims, I didn't save the box and they don't seem to be current rims. Perhaps they were the Versus EU? I just know that they are Fujimi 18's, they fit perfectly and look great on the car.

For make it shine the that Mica Red did you use the rubbing compound + wax technique , glossy clear , or lacquer? MAy be the Tamiya Clear can, over the the red coat? It looks beautiful , but I had problems in the past coating with the clear can over the mica red, it splittered the paint under.
