Cassette tape will not eject but displays an error code E13. Does anyone know what that error code means and/or how to retrieve the cassette? Thanks.

Needle nose pliars will do the trick. Or just leave it in there when you buy a new one

j/k :) i think E13 is just a jam error. mine would not take tapes when i first got it b/c it had jamed up and something broke, but it didnt bother me b/c i didnt have any cassettes. you can pick up a cd player pretty cheap or buy the factory unit on ebay for $$$. ed morad can get you a used one too.
