92 Camry rear stabilizer problem

I recently bought a 92 Camry V6 loaded with ABS and possibly some sort of stability control. Anyways when I'm driving on snow or hard rain the car feels like its wants to start fish tailing. The moron I bought it from may have removed or messed up the rear stabilizers when he had the struts changed. Some of the stabilizer components look new but I think some parts are missing. I have seen on other cars a box or can with a rod coming from it with a rubber grommet or somthing that seems to be connected to the stabilizer. I can't really remember exactly what I saw since it appears to be missing from my car. Any Ideas what I need to do to get this car stable again. Thanks, CC

Welcome to the forum. Check the Factory Service Manuals in the thread at the top of the forum. May clarify your setup.

When you find your manual it says "not for 92-93 V6" but, I'd be willing to bet the rear suspension would still apply.
