Free Performance Improvments?

Have a 95 Vic, had a 93 B4, My 93 was way fast with 297,000kms on it and my 95 has only 180,000km's on it-not miles. any suggestions for making it quicker for free??Or very inexpensive ideas??? My 95 is not an LX. Thank god,No air ride :) no digital dash, other than that they are identical.
