I could use some help. i had pulled some codes 1102 map sensor. I had replaced the map sensor and also the harness to map sensor cause was told they go bad. It ran find for 3 days and then it will die out on accelleration from a stop. i had replaced the complete tune-up w/motorcraft parts. Replaced Ilde Air and TPS sensors And vacuum hose to pcv. But still having same problem. Timing belt has been replaced and I double checked timing marks they are good. So if you have any suggestion, would like to hear them.

Check for vacuum leaks. Inspect all vacuum hoses and mating surfaces of the intake manifold.

Are you still getting the code after replacing the sensor?

Maybe try a compression check. I still suspect a vacuum leak.. perhaps from the head or manifold.

Try replacing your spark plug wires. I had the same problem and checked for vaccum leaks, replaced the plugs, and ignition coils module, finally the wires and the problem went away.
