I have a 96 dodge stratus that the instrument panel, electric locks, dome light, windshield wipers do not work on. I get a code on the odometer that says "no bus". After a while everything comes back on and this doesn't happen a lot. Please help.

I would check the grounds for the dash. I would look around the left kick panel and under the dash. I would look for a bulk head connector that might be loose. Sometimes it is where the unit plugs in but I think most likely a loose ground.
