If i converted to 5-lug on a s13 i'd be able to just buy some oem 95-98 se rotors and use those with the original calipers with no modification right? Or would the s13 calipers calipers work with 300zx rotors, i doubt they would because of the different sized rotors but just wondering.

You can use S14 5 lug rotors, 300ZX rotors need matching calipers.
