My grandpa has a 97 ES300 and his 12 outlet next to the ashtray is dead. The fuse is good, so he thinks its a loose wire and wants to pull it out and check, but we can't figure out how its attached. Are we missing something simple or does the console have to come out?:banghead: Thank you ahead of time for your help.

Nevermind, I searched and searched before posting a new thread, then found a downloadable service manual. We took it apart, had continuity everywhere we should put it back together and it worked.
