Heat was working fine but A/C compressor was bad. I put a new compressor in and now the air works fine, but when I turn it to heat the fan stops blowing. Any suggestions?

Might be a problem with the programmer. Do you have a service manual?

At minumum you will need a wiring diagram here, online manual is available at alldata.com, for 25 per car, for one year.

there is a coolant temperature controlled switch in the block that locks out blower operation untill a specified temp is reached, check that, you can just jump it for testing, dont remember exactly where its at but its just a 2 wire switch
