air conditioning belt installation??? how to tighten belt?

i cant figure out how to tighten up the belt for the AC pump
does anyone know how to tighten up the belt?

i tryed finding a belt tensioner or something and i was unable to find it

i have a 95 integra ls 2 door

there should be a belt tensioner on the AC bracket....when i removed my AC, i couldn't figure it out either so i just cut the belt

yea no kidding i have been searching for a belt tensioner on this ac pump bracket for 3 days and i cant locate it. doh! damn

lol....i dont think cutting the belt is going to help you out though.....there is a little screw on the AC compressor that loosens it up a little...that might help

well to be honest im putting a new belt on and its way too loose already! im trying to tighten it up. the ac compressor is bolted up to the bracket with 4 bolts so yes the bracket must have a tensioner somewhere! i can not locate it!

the funny thing is last night i read the manual at pep boys auto and i still could not locate the info on how to tighten up this ac compressor

i took a look at the frame and its locked down to the engine mount and engine. I dont see anyway to tighten this ac belt. the frame is definitely not a tensioner and it does not have a tensioner
