Do 7th gen Celica's require hub centric rings? I know when I had these rims on my Cavalier, I needed them, but never got them and I had a lot of vibration in my steering wheel at speeds over 60mph. I'm getting the same in my Celica, and I just wanted to make sure it isn't needing hub centric rings before I go get the tired balanced.
