Hi all...just a quick question.

I get my license next month, and I was wondering what you guys think is a decent beginner car? I was thinking of taking out a loan for a Grand Am, but cheapest i can find them is $10,000. Also, my parents arent helping me at all. They said they might co-sign for me but thats about it.
Note; I have no job, but I do get straight A's, if that helps. Heh. Im open to your opinions!

if you have no job, you won't get a loan.. signer or not.. no one will give you a loan if you have no money.. why would they... get a job and with your parents cosigning you'll be fine.. your best bet is to buy a shitbox and keep it cheap for now till ya make more money..

Sounds like a perfect time to introduce you to the "No pay keep it on the road car" called the Used Honda Civic. It'll get you around until, like The 4th said, you get yourself a good job and can afford something better.

it was a great car to get around with..
you'd enjoy one too..
you could get an old civic.. for under a grand..
tell your parents you'll pay em back for it.. then get a job and work for something good..
