Check the connection of the cables at the battery. Is the battery dead?

I don't know what you did but for me the "pressure relief steps" involved me taking off the gas cap. So the fact that your fuel pump isn't working makes NO sense at all. Tell us what you did to relieve pressure.

How do you know that you have no fuel? Did you do a pressure check or what? Did you remember to plug the injector harness back in?

did you plug the pump back in for sure? you may have unpluged the pump from inside the tank, when you pulled off the harness... i doubt it, but i would go ahead and pull the pump out and makesure that had a good connection, then just redo everything you just did... the pump worked before you touched anything right?

I have a feeling it's going to be something really really dumb, or you fucked up something major. Have you tested for power at the pump connector yet? Just start testin shit man, power at the pump. If that checks out, check pressure at the rail, if that checks then check power at injectors, if that checks then you should have fuel.
