Make Some Offers if you have any desire........... sgdtr2989 11-29-2006, 02:48 PM how is it tagged and titled in virginia without a front plate? And the km/hr isnt exactly allowed for street legal vehicles(nor is a cat delete), or is it a kit car? teckcar13 12-04-2006, 09:49 PM how is it tagged and titled in virginia without a front plate? And the km/hr isnt exactly allowed for street legal vehicles(nor is a cat delete), or is it a kit car? You would think with all the civics and integra's in Virginia rocking the same thing(No Plate, Km/hr, and cat delet) people wouldnt really make a big deal about those things! Just for your info it would be hard to find a Skyline that even Motorex did with MPH! Know your shit or dont post........Not a KIT CAR! If you can afford this car than post something about purchasing it, dont be a state trooper! civic4982 12-18-2006, 12:25 AM ^ I think the previous commenter was asking whether or not the car was registered as a "kit car" as it's obviously not truly a kit car. I assume it's because often some individuals bypass the system of legalization by dismantling and rebuilding the automobile as a kit car. My question to you is who did the registration and paperwork for legalization? I'm from out of state so of course I'd have to re-register the car in my home state. Thanks. civic4982 12-18-2006, 12:28 AM also, who did the paint work and what quality would you rate the paintwork from a scale of 1 to 10? was the engine and other parts removed prior to paint to get all the nooks andcrannies? any photos of the interior? how does compression test measure up? when was last tuning done on the car? what kind of boost has it been running? thank you.
