70 deville headlight problem

my low beams "shorted" out on me the other night. They still light up with my high beams on tho. i checked my fuses. im thinking its some bad wiring. maybe someone can help me root my problem

Usually it's the dimmer switch on the floor. It will get some water in it and corrode.
