Chassis # 65 was in the underground parking lot which was off limits. However, pics of the # 65 at the Automobil Manufactur showroom in Singapore can be found in these forums under the title "F1 in Singapore". Automobil Manufactur is the Pagani dealer of Singapore. They also buy other rare cars like the CLK GTRs and the Mclarens as investments. Please do not post these pics in other forums as they guy who showed me around ask me not to post these pics on the net. i had to for F1 fanatics like ourselves. But please don't post them on other forums. Thanks.

Now here are the pics of Chassis # 18 in the Automobil Manufactur showroom in Singapore. Peleton25, can you please give me all the info on this car?

Thanks for the pics, #18 is realy my favorite!
1,3 mil. pounds , thats seems to be a very high price.
But like some other sportscars, the McLaren is an investment to enjoy.

Again, I am requesting you MCL F1 fanatics not post any of these info and pics in other forums. Thanks y'all!

Erik, can you give me any info on this car's previous owner and any other info you might have?

I think you'll have a tough time keeping these off other forums. I know our regular users will respect that request, but others may not be so kind.

Anyway, sorry for the delayed reply. What we know about #018 is that it was originally dark blue with a grey interior. I believe it's first owner was Yoshio Tsuzuki in Japan.

This is #018, in the ZAZ museum back in 1996.
http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/7424/74yc.th.jpg (http://img149.imageshack.us/my.php?image=74yc.jpg) http://img71.imageshack.us/img71/3892/1996zazf101812bw.th.jpg (http://img71.imageshack.us/my.php?image=1996zazf101812bw.jpg) http://img71.imageshack.us/img71/6055/1996zazf101820df.th.jpg (http://img71.imageshack.us/my.php?image=1996zazf101820df.jpg)

Sometime in the late '90s the car ended up in Sweden or Norway where it was owned by Tom Meissner if I understand correctly. I don't know how long he owned the car for but it was eventually sold to a German who was the one that had the refit performed.

I believe that first the interior was redone, along with the fitment of the High Downforce kit and a respray to it's current color. I think that later on the car went back to the factory to have the LM-spec engine fitted and at that time the louvers over the front wheels were added. The car stayed in Germany until heading for Singapore.

where I spotted it in jan. 2005 was at the dealer Griesheimer in Leonberg near Stuttgart.
This dealer is actually above (in same building) famous Porsche tuner Gemballa.
The owner of Griesheimer told me he has sold 3 McLarens in the past incl. 018

sure he can. make sure your friend knows enough about these high-end exotics so that he can have a good conversation with the sales people there. He won't be able to walk around on his own. He will be shown around. It's better to call first before going.

#065 is now in Hong Kong - SPS were selling #064 (the silver F1 with the red logo on the steering wheel) and showed it on their website (It's still on there if you click straight through to their website) but it seems they have #065 there now - Facom tool chest, luggage and torque wrench included!.

For proper verification we are just missing seeing Gordon Murrays signature on the spar next the left hand side of the drivers seat as per here

Read here (http://www.classicdriver.com/uk/find/4100_results.asp?&dealerid=11892&lCarID=1750654).

This is a good shot too of the place with the white F1 #053 at its centre (http://www.sps-automotive.com/en_sps/superstore.htm)
