This is a project I've wanted to do for some time. Its JImmy Flintstone's resin T body on an AMT chassis, with the engine from AMT's Stude. Color is Testors new laquer Sublime with Tamiya's Pearl clear. The wire wheels are photo-etch. Still needs lots of work!

That color is beautiful. I really like the stance.

I did a little more to it today. I added tail lights from a 59 Caddy, finished the grill with some screen, and painted the interior gloss white. Still lots to do!

Lovin the twin blowers. Were the rear tires already white walls or did you mask and paint them?

The rear tires are from AMT's RatPacker kit. They are molded in white styrene, I panted them a rubber colr and sanded the side walls so that the white showed through.

Cool! I love these old school show rods. Awesome work so far. Where'd you get the etched wires?

The wire wheels are from Replicas and Miniatures.
