wiper motor?

I have a 86 civic wagon 4WD and was wondering if all the wiper motors for all the differant civic body styles were the same??? Is a wiper motor from a hatchback the same as a wagon or a sedan or were ther differences? Mine is making alot of noise and I was going to go to a junk yard and look for one....

A wiper motor from any 84-87 civic model will work. I'm sure most any other honda wiper motor will also work but you might need to swap the arm. Take your old one for comparison just in case.
