My 95 Grand Am GT won't start. I tried jumping the battery and nothing happened. All the lights and the radio work but it doesnt make a noise when I try to start it.
Please help! :banghead:

Welcome to AF!

First check your cables at teh battery and starter, make sure they are clean and tight.

If you still get nothing, pull the starter and replace it.
You can also hav it tested at most auto parts stores.
Also check your fuses just to be sure they arent the culprit..

No sense in spending money on something thats not broke.

Good Luck

might be the starter tear it apart and clean the middle post that engages the plunger and the contacts. Worth a try and really easy to do.
