96 Corsica hard start, rough idle

I have a 96 Corsica 4cyl with 240,000 miles. It's hard to start when cold, have to crank it over and over but finally will catch and start. After driving for more than 10-15 min, if I turn it off, then it will not start at all for about 30 min. If I raise the hood, it cuts the time down to 10-15 min wait. Car is not overheating, temp gauge never goes above 1/4 high. New fuel pump, pressure regulator, and fuel filter. Any ideas?? Thanks!

Sounds like an ignition module is failing. Remove it and the coils that sit on it, and take the module itself to be tested at local Advance or NAPA etc. Most will be able to check it. It is flat, sits under your two coils. Should come out as an assembly, then remove the coils. When they start to fail heat causes car to stall. Outside chance your crank sensor is failing, but try this first.
