My 1999 honda accord LX V6 the driver's door will not open inside or outside.
I need help, lots of help from all of you experts out there.

Search the posts here - this was discussed some months ago. Next, get a locksmith to open the door for you when you are ready to work on it. Then get the inside door panel off and look for the problem (based on what you have read here).
