Because you already have the I/H/E then you might as well just get a Turbo of course you will have to sell the intake and the header and you can sell the 65 shot to me :D

Depends on your finincial situation. An LS into a civic proves more costly than a lot of people think it will, yet turboing your car may prove more costly so I dunno.

But personally, I think it will be cooler to turbo it than to do the ls motor. There is a guy who turboed his 5th gen coupe round here and when ever he drives by and it goes vrooomm..psssssss, everyone is like "holy shit, thats tight!"

I have plans to slap on a Apexi Turbo on my civic as well. Ok look at it this way for an LS swap it will be prob $1800 with a BHP of 145 or you can keep your SOHC which puts out 127BHP you gain 20 horses from the swap. True you do gain more torque but it depends if you feel that it is worth the money. I don't think so. Now a B16 maybe :D But for 2500 dollers for the swap and 2500 dollers for a turbo you can get your SOHC to put the horses to the ground as what the B16 does Base.

Turbo is more fun to drive too :)

shoot if you can do it... count me next in line... my friend was selling a t3/4 trubo... nothing else but just the trubo for like 100 i think... wonder if he still has it...

get the B18B w/B18c1 tranny! trust me you'll whoop ass and have less worries! my buddy has that setup and he hits mid to low 14's all day long(with I/H/E and ecu chip). people might say that an LS ain't shit but you take an LS and a GSR motor, give them both the same gearings and see who makes it down the 1320 faster. i'll bet an LS will anyday. it's true that the sound of the BOV is enchanting but after you get the LS motor up in there, you'll have the PERFECT motor to build into a turbo monster!

I would personally go turbo! Also, upgrade your exhaust to 3" piping ($500 for a complete cat-back), you can probably find a decent turbo kit for your car for around $3000, then get a blow-off valve, then get a turbo timer, then get someone who knows what they are doing to tune it so you won't be disappointed. It will end up costing more money than you think! Good luck w/ your decision!

Boost it! There is nothing like the feeling of being fully spooled and getting thrown back in your seat, and the sound from the BOV is a definite perk. Damn I miss my GSX. Don't forget to put in a FMIC to fully utilize the potential of the turbo.
