In my '02 accord, their is a vacume line coming out of the transimion from under the transmission mount. The line goes up and then alomst a 90 degree bend down, towards two soleniods. It only goes about a half an inch and just stops and is open? The transmission and been jerky and kinda graby when you are slowing down then put you foot on the gas. Anyone have any ideas on were the line is supposed to go, it has a 2.3.

Sounds like the vent to me.

Maybe the left motor mount (nearest the firewall - pretty much under it, actually). That's only on the automatic - you didn't tell us if it's manual or auto.
