ok so the timing belt snaped and after getting the head rebuilt we are replacing the timing belt. We need to get the crank pully off and have snaped many screw drivers and bent many bolts trying to get this sucker off any hints or sugjestions will help! oh yea did i forget to mention its an automatic on a D15B7.

use (borrow?) and air compressor, things will go a lot faster and it should just zip right off.

I had the same problem with my b7. It took an impact wrench and tons of PB Blaster. The bolt is right hand threaded (normal).

oh yea... i had to take the oil pan off, and put a rubber handled hammer in between the journals on the crank where the rods bolt on. then i had a big breaker bar and it worked great!
