Grrrrr!Derk_eliso 10-26-2006, 12:08 PM yeah I hate having other people work on my car! He could be out right now, crusin' around in it, and seeing how fast she'll go!!!! I know I would, lol. I took it to this guy who is suppose to be like really good and really fast, and charge like half as much as a shop b/c my brother in law knows him.. anyway. I didn't even get to talk to him, I had to leave my car with his girlfriend and attempt to explain the problem to her. and she didn't write anything down.... not being sexist, hehe, but I doubt the right message will be relayed to him... he'll probably think that he's trying to fix my exhaust rattle, lol. I know how to fix that problem, oh...by the way. Would it be smart to just take my heat-sheilds off of my car, b/c the stupid muffler people put my exhaust up so high that it almost touches the heat sheild, and everytime I accelerate it viberates the heat shield.... Lances133 10-26-2006, 01:24 PM I took my heat shield off my 89 mustang because it was rattling like crazy and I never had a problem....either that or I did have a problem and just never knew it lol Derk_eliso 10-27-2006, 01:04 AM omg...the only time I've ever used my e-brake..... I created a flat spot in my rear tires....and busted a wheel bearing...wtf? I also have a lock nut on my tires, so how would he know this without taking my wheels off...b/c he can't... I think he is trying to jip me, what do you think? MrR0b0t0 10-27-2006, 05:08 PM Hmm you sure he didnt take it off? If i were you Id make him go show you everything hes claiming. Derk_eliso 10-27-2006, 05:10 PM yeah he showed me. it was toast, lol. He used....something to get it off, I dunno he told mom not me, I just went and picked it up... 159.97 american, lol. are wheel bearings really 94 dollars? freaking geez Lances133 10-27-2006, 05:14 PM depending on where he got them, probly. jakegday 10-27-2006, 05:42 PM omg...the only time I've ever used my e-brake..... I created a flat spot in my rear tires....and busted a wheel bearing...wtf? you must have been doing a little more then just parking on a steep hill, huh?
