I Have A1995 F-150 4.9 Smoking bad Oil on all spark plugs is this seals or rings. can anyone HELP

when does it smoke? (startup or constantly?)
what colour is the smoke? (blue? white?)
has the engine been pushed hard?

130 Thousand Miles Smokes all the time. as for being driven hard well maybe , back and forth to work to haul stuff . but it is a truck . The color of the smoke is white. But what bothers me is the oil on the plugs, alot of it.
