hey does anyone have any idea how to re program a 99 Jeep Cherokee remote????.. i bought one on ebay and want to reprogram it with out gong thru the dealer.....HELP!!!!!!!!

You gotta have one working remote to program a second remote. If you dont have one already programmed, you will have to go to a locksmith or dealership.
