I have a 1994 Honda Civic SI and the front speakers are shot. I have no clue how to take out the plastic covers on the door panels and don't want to crack or break them in the process. Any help anyone.

Thanks,
Musicguy

Are the speaker covers supposed to be able to be removed from the door panel?

Usually it is just for show. What you probably have to do is to remove the whole door panel. To do that you need to look for places where screws would be holding the panel on.

It's not a tough job. Even I would do it to my own car and I am terrified of hurting my car. LOL

Good Luck

PS. what kind of speakers are you gonna replace them with? MB Quartz is my suggestion.

Thanks. I'll give it a try. Sounds like you got a kicking sound system.

dude...LOL, you're suppose to just use a flat head screwdriver and take off the speaker cover! don't take the whole door panel off!! that's F*ucking crazy and dumb if you ask me. the speaker cover is suppose to come right off and there are only 3 little screws that hold the speaker in place. remember to pry the speaker covers from the bottom though!!
