Slow Turbo Tech

I ordered some items off of turbo tech bout 3 weeks ago, and they still havent told me where it is yet. The only straight answer I got was that they were still at the manufacturer and they hadnt shipped into Turbo Tech yet. Anyone else have slow shipping issues with them? Or did I just pick the wrong time to order...

I think...but I'm not sure. When I bought my front and rear strut bars it took quite awhile.

I havent delt with them so I couldnt tell you if they are always slow, but I would get ahold of them and ask if they can send you anything free for the wait you've had to deal with.

Anyway what is it that you orderd from there ? :)

haha what would be the fun if it wasnt a "whats in the box" thread. =D Anyway, since Lance is the only one so far thats actually ordered from them, how around how long did it take for them to finally ship it to you?

I don't remember man sorry, all I remember is going to check the mail and them not being there and saying, "When the fuck are my strut bars coming!? I want my damn strut bars!!" :swear:

Aaron will come through for you. If they are the new engine mounts they created, as far as i know they were waiting for more from the manufacturer. But you will recieve your product. I waited over a month for my header from a GP the ran on pacesetter. It was pacesetters time delays not turbo techs.

Oh, finnaly shipped today. I ordered it on 9/24, and ships 10/20. Oh well, least next time I'll be prepared, since they seem to have this problem often.

This is when I begin to get suspicious. Not only did he not give me the right time they would be shipping, now he is guessing on if they are even coming... Yet I know how shipping can be, so I decide to wait it out a bit longer. Still no word by the 17th, and I get worried. So I turn to my last hope in the search of why it was taking so dam long, you guys! Thats when I posted. And he picked the right day to ship them too, cuz I was going to have to make a few calls tommarow if there still wasnt any word. Oh well, least its coming...

Wow, this is definatly the worst purchase I have made so far. Not only did it take a month to ship, but its not even the complete order. I ordered both the front and rear Vibrant strut bars from them and they only ship the freakin front. And once it actually got here its condition looks as if its already been used, its chipped all over the place and has scratches in it. In one of the bolt holes there is some kinda wire thats freakin hard to get out and screwing up how the bolt goes in. I will probably never purchase from them again, and depending on how fast they can either send me the rear one or a whole new set will try to get my money back.

Blame vibrant... This isn't the first time i've heard bad crap about their products. People who have ordered through Gravana, and a few others have had the deal with the same shit. I coulda told you to stay away from Vibrant products. Turbo tech is the middle man like gravana, Carcustoms, etc. etc....

I bought the same combo of Vibrant strut bars from them and I couldn't be happier with them. I bought the blue ones for my white 2.2. and when i bought my red z24 it already had a cf one with red post ring things by Freedom Design, basically a perfect match with color. But i liked the vibrant ones so much more i gave the cf one to my girl for her sunfire and i got their blue ones on my red car.
