Guys,
I am thinking of selling my modded '95 Z28 (http://www.madz28.com/madz28.jpg) and getting a 3 series. 325 most likely.

My budget - no more than $10K unfortunately.

I'd like to get as much advice as I can before I actually go and buy one, or decide to sell my car. What should I look for, what should I stay away from, etc.

I am European, but I still don't know too much about this car, so I'd like to be well informed before I do this. I am a college student and won't be able to afford an expensive mistake... :)

Thanks!

The best thing I can suggest is when you find a car in your price range, is to get a vehicle/mechanical check done on it to make sure there is nothing major wrong with it.
Will let you know if there is any hidden surprises, and also can use it to do deals on purchase price.
