Sentra 2005, 17,000 miles on it wonderful car the starter is taking longer and longer to start up everytime i start the damn car and i don't like pressing the damn gas pedal to make it start easier - i got an idea but im not touching it until im sure -

fuel pump... I'm almost certain. The same exact thing happened to mine at around 50k miles. There must be a defect in them because a lot of people are starting to have problems... anyway mine was under warranty, so I had it replaced and I haven't had a problem since. Good luck
