my cuzin just bought a golf. and the rpm tach isnt working so he unplugged the battery. he puts it back on and the next thing u know the alarm goes off and i cant shut it off since the key cylinders are missing on the car. cant lock the car lol.. so if anyone knows how to turn the alarm off please help me out thanks

unplug the alarm horn under the windshield wiper cowl pannel... =)
