my 99 civic wont start!!

my 99 civic ex wont start at all.. i had the timing belt changed and ever since then my car doesnt start ..the starter doesnt spin or anything like nothing happens when i try to start it just my fan goes on.. i got a new starter and i dont know what to do!! please help asap!!

The timing is most likely off, you need to check the timing with a timing light and adjust it accordingly.

Perhaps the battery was run down accidentally? If the battery is fully charged make sure all the wires are attached to the starter correctly. If all that checks out I'd dig into the the cam timing. GL
