instrument panel bulbsscooter38 10-10-2006, 08:03 PM how hard is it to replace the bulbs in the instrument cluster,i have 1 or 2 that arent working, looks like it be a headache....or is there a way to do it without pulling the whole instrument cluster out i have a 88 chevy blzer 4wd 4.3L Z TBI engine, 4 speed auto tranny rhandwor 10-10-2006, 08:49 PM They have a black socket you turn and remove the bulb. I would take a flashlight and look if you can get your hand up their you can probably do it. You would have a good chance on an 88. Otherwise you will have to remove the inst cluster. You should be done in less than 1 hr.
